Hi, I’m Irene Cruz: Director of Photography, photographer and visual storyteller based in Berlin, working mostly across Germany, Spain and internationally.
Alongside my work in film and advertising, I collaborate with selected brands creating high-end visual content for the photography and filmmaking industry, combining cinematic aesthetics with strong audience engagement.
Since 2021, I’ve worked on campaigns and collaborations with brands such as Sony, MPB, Peli Cases, Zeiss, Canon, Leitz, Thypoch, Nanlite, Avisual, Robisa, SUMOLIGHT, as well as creating branded content for companies like DIOR, Levi’s, N26, Moroccanoil and DIM among others.
I also collaborate regularly with specialized platforms like Camera & Light Mag, attend international film festivals, and work as a still photographer for selected productions and events.
I take on a limited number of collaborations, focusing only on projects that are aligned with my visual language and values. My audience is highly curated and engaged, with a strong presence of young creatives, filmmakers and photography professionals — partly shaped by my work as a teacher in film and photography schools.
